Amis Food Products hail from the land of Kannur, Kerala. The traditionally exquisite cooking of Malabar demands a range of unique and premium ingredients in the kitchen to carry the exotic tastes to the awaiting palates. Founded in 2003, Amis Food Products originated as a one-employee mill in Kannur that produced rice powder (Amis Pathiri Powder), a prime ingredient in the various pathiris that are the breakfast staple in Malabar households.

Soon the one-employee mill on daily wages expanded to a massive network of 4 mechanically-operated mills, multiplying the production and distribution. We have been a trusted provider of good quality and tasty products that maintain the authenticity of traditional delicacies. With the endless support of our dedicated customers, Amis Food Products are the finest manufacturers of Pathiri Powder, Puttu Powder, Raw Rice Powder, premium Biryani Rice and other breakfast products.

At the moment, Amis has two flourishing mechanically operated companies based in Kannur equipped with modern machines and technologies. Amis supports more than 50 employees, the majority of whom are women who work efficiently and devotedly to deliver the highest quality products to our consumers. Today, Amis is being widely distributed in Kerala and Karnataka states of India and major Middle-Eastern countries including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, UAE and Kuwait.
